How to knit a pyramid

Here’s how to knit a pyramid.

Use magic cast on to loop 10 stitches on each end of a circular needle (Size 2 and 24-inch needle on dk weight yarn).

Pull needle through and knit the first row

Turn around and purl

Knit and purl for 12 rows

Knit across row 13 (1st edge) , pick up and knit 10 stitches on the side (2rd edge), and knit in the back of the stitches (to straighten the stitches) along cast on edge (3rd edge)

Finally, pick up the 10 stitches along the side (4th edge) and now begin to knit in the round.

Knit 4 rows,
[k2tog, k6, ssk] 4 times, 32 stitches remain.
Knit 4 rows,
[k2tog, k2, ssk] 4 times, 16 stitches remain
Knit 1 rows,
[k2tog, ssk] 4 times, 8 stitches remain. Cut yarn leaving a 8″ tail, thread through 8 remaining stitches and pull tight. Stuff.
