Crock Pot Dyed for Socks

This pair was cranked from Classic Elite Alpaca Sox, 60% Alpaca, 20% Merino Wool, 20% Nylon in Sterling Heather (natural gray) that was crock pot dye in May. I’m pleased with the way this sock turn out because the colors and the contrast are random (you probably know by now that I detest pooling.) The yarn for the picot edge, heel and toes are MCN (80%,10%,10%) in color Twilight. This was knitted on the Legare 400, 64/32. I’ve been obsessed with the 64/32 combo lately. This combination is ideal for sock weight yarn and can knit from a woman’s medium to man’s medium-sized socks.
