Cooking School

A trip to Mexico would not be completed without trying out some local delicacies. Trang signed up for cooking school, and I came along just to eat.

The secret to flavorful salsa? Grill your vegetables.

Donna brought us here to purchase corn tortilla dough, 100% de nixtamal that was grounded the old fashioned way.

Tomatoes, nopales, and cheese (red, green and white!), with potato tortitas, topped with Pasilla salsa.

Today’s post is special because James has arrived. He is a beautiful baby. Congratulations to June, Todd, and Trent.
